Recognizing this critical need, RCF Connects has committed nearly $9 million through its various programs toward housing solutions, securing shelter for Contra Costa families. But it's not enough. With over 2,500 neighbors still unsheltered in Contra Costa, we have a long way to go to reach everyone in need.
