RCF Connects builds health, thriving communities through its three elements of Coach, Connect, and Contribute. Its focus on equity has been embraced by its Board and Staff and it has been my pleasure to work for this organization for 16 years. During this time, we and our partner nonprofits have provided award winning services in health, education, economic development, and housing. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we provided free embodied leadership coaching to nonprofit and community leaders, and have been able, thanks to donors like you, to provide emergency cash supports to families in need and rental assistance to those who have been unable to pay their rent during the pandemic.
