25 Years Strong: Building Equity When It Matters Most

For 25 years, RCF Connects has advanced equity across Contra Costa County, evolving from crisis response to a movement supporting thriving communities.

In this outreach effort we’d like to showcase our impact while addressing urgent challenges. Through SparkPoint Contra Costa, we've helped 2,500+ families with 64% improving their credit score, income, or debt. Our Equity for Black Women and Girls Initiative direct resources to Black women entrepreneurs who receive less than 1% of county funding. Through the Housing First program we've acquired 30 properties, selling 26 to first-time homebuyers.

With federal and state support for vulnerable communities under threat, local action is now essential. This campaign asks supporters to invest in community-driven solutions that create lasting change.

Goal: Expand programs to meet increased demand as external support weakens, ensuring RCF Connects continues advancing equity for all Contra Costa residents.
