You are an important part of The Power of Us, and we would love for you to join us on November 6 as we celebrate real progress in our Housing Renovation work in Richmond!

While we originally planned to host this event inside one of our newly renovated homes, a surprise electrical issue has made it unsafe to tour at this time. 
Repairs are already underway (and the in-person tour has been rescheduled to March 12, 2026).

But the celebration is still very much ON — and moving just down the road!

On November 6, we will host a reception-style lunch gathering where you will:

• Preview the Richmond Housing Renovation pipeline

• See all four Las Deltas properties that will be listed for first-time buyers in January 2026

• View slides, renderings, progress boards, and buyer pathway materials

• Hear an update on our First-Time Homebuyer initiatives and renovation timeline

This is more than an update — it’s a chance to see what hope made visible looks like in our neighborhoods, and to stand with a community that is actively building pathways to ownership and stability.
