Summer is coming to a close and it’s time to gather with our community for sun, fun, music, great food, and great company.
RCF Connects (formerly Richmond Community Foundation) is inviting our community members to join us on Saturday, August 13th from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm in the Plaza Area of Contra Costa College -- an outdoor venue -- for a special celebration. You won't want to miss this event, there will be so much to see and do!
We invite you to:
- Visit our Community Partner Zone with over a dozen community support programs ready to greet you with information about helpful programs in our county;
- Stop by the RCF Connects Experience and grab a mocktail, take fun pictures in our photo booth, meet our Board and Staff, and get a sneak peek at our new Podcast Series: Unpack the Real Stuff, Voices of Contra Costa;
- Check out the Kid Zone which will be filled with interactive, super-fun activities for the young and young-at-heart;
- Enjoy a fabulous assortment of food in the Food Zone;
- Be ready to experience amazing entertainment near our Music Zone where we will feature DJ Juice "Your favorite DJ's favorite DJ" and our Special Musical Guests: Soul Mechanix!
- And most importantly, RCF Connects encourages you to build new connections and strengthen existing ones;
- The Best Part Admission and Parking are FREE to all who register.
