RCF Connects and SparkPoint Contra Costa are partnering with EBMUD on the Water Lifeline program to support EBMUD customers in Contra Costa County who are facing an emergency (due to the effects of COVID-19 and the recent economic shut-down) that affected their ability to pay their bills.

Join the Water Lifeline Donation Program which accepts donations to help our neighbors. Your donation helps RCF Connects and SparkPoint CC identify individuals and families in need of assistance. Your generous support will positively impact the lives of your neighbors.
